New Term — Social Networking

A new term has become common place — Social Networking. Facebook users exceed 200 million. Social networking sites post pictures, biographical information and very personal information.

With this growing phenomena comes risk management and legal issues that will develop a large bevy of claims and lawsuits. They include hiring issues, privacy and defamation issues, impeachment and credibility issues, and preventative measures.
